Description: | The 2014 “pilgrimage” to the Cathedral of St. Jago de la Vega, which is the “Mother Church” of the Diocese, is one of the activities being organised to highlight 350 years of Anglican worship in Jamaica.A full programme, including a choir festival, historical exhibition, and guided tours of the Cathedral, followed by a Festal Evensong, is being planned. |

The Cathedral Sunday celebrations are being expanded this year, as we mark the Cathedral’s 350 years as a site of Anglican worship; and the 190th Anniversary of the establishment of the Diocese of Jamaica (1824-2014).
Members from across the Diocese are invited to participate in the full programme of activities. Refreshments will be provided for sale.
